Hi all,
I've been on an H-1b visa for 3.5 years now in New York. I'm going to get my MBA this fall, so instead of re-signing a lease in NYC, I moved in with my boyfriend in Philadelphia and kept commuting to my office in NYC. Now as I'm applying for my F-1, I'm finding out about the potential location requirements for the H-1b and a supposed MSA / "commuting distance" requirement. I had no idea before so none of this was disclosed to USCIS. Am I in trouble as I've been doing this commute for 9 months now without disclosing?
