Please help !!! Is stamping required ?

I have a valid visa stamping till Oct 2006 thru Company A. In the meantime I have transferred my H1 to Company B 3 months back. I am now planning to travel to India next month.

Is it required for stamping again for me to come back into US? If u have any useful information PLEASE pass it on asap.
