Changing address on H1b visa and effect on H4 visa

Hello,
Currently, I have my H1b visa for State A (where my company is located). Now I am planning to do remote work from State B (same company) and the company is ready to file the H1B amendment. But my wife just got her H4 visa (where we put the address from State A). Now she is planning to come to USA on a month.
If I file H1B amendment in a few days with State B then does it affect her entry into the USA? Is it okay for her to enter in the USA while the amendment is pending?
