Hi,
I am working in US on H1B .My employer had filed for my extension which got approved. However they lost the original approval notice. I do have the soft copy of the notice but that doesn't have the hologram mark as in the original document. I had booked my tickets to India in July and now I am worried that if I can travel or not. My concerns are whether I will face any problem for my visa stamping in India and also about the POE while I return to the US. My employer already filed the application for duplicate but it will take up to 20 months to process in the Nebraska center. In this situation is it advisable for me to travel to India now with the soft copy provided by USCIS ?
