Marriage Certificate

I got married on 2008 and as of now I am in USA. My wife is in India. I want to bring my wife in dependent VISA (L1B). Spouse name is already mentioned in my passport and same vice versa.

Can I get marriage certificate for VISA stamping or please let me know the process to obtain marriage certificate.
