Hi everyone, I've unfortunately been laid off while being on the second year of my H1B. I got laid off end of May so I have until end of July to get my H1 transferred. This would be my best case scenario and I'm actively interviewing trying to make this happen.
In case it doesn't work out, can I enroll in a school on F1 visa? Would I have to go out of the country to get my F1 or can I request it while being in the country (after being accepted into a school). Has anyone done this?https://omegle.onl/ https://xender.vip/
What happens to your H1b then? Would I need to go through the lottery again or can it be transferred anytime once I shift to F1? Please help me. Any advice is appreciated!
