L1 visa expires in march 2011 ,but i94 is valid till dec 2011

my husband is in US with L1 blanket visa which expires in march 2011,however his i-94 is valid till dec 2011...my son 's as well my visa expires in march 2011.i am US rite now got my i-94 till dec 2011....but my son is in India,is it possible for him to come after march 2011 showing our i-94 ..or can he apply for a visa extension in India....


please suggest...

He will need a visa. Your I-94 means nothing to him. He will need to get the visa stamped based on your husband's valid L1 petition. If yur husband doesn't have a valid petition at that time, then he will need to apply for the extension and your son should go for stamping based on the extended petition.
