Hi, I have scheduled a Dropbox appointment for H1B, H4 spouse, and H4 child (under 14 years old) in August. All of us are currently in the USA. While I am eligible for Dropbox, my wife and child are not eligible if they apply separately. Therefore, I grouped their applications together and scheduled a single appointment for all of us. However, it's possible that my spouse may not be able to come to India and will not attend the Dropbox appointment.
I would like to know if my child is still eligible for Dropbox since they will be accompanying me, an H1B holder.
Or they would reject H4 and ask me to wait for H1 Visa first ?
If anyone has had recent experiences or information regarding this, I would greatly appreciate it?
