Does being rejected for TN affect H1B process?

I am in the process of resubmitted an h1b petition due to RFE. I am considering a TN visa to start work sooner while the rfe is being processed.

Would applying for a TN affect my h1b process at all?

Would getting rejected for a TN affect my H1B approval chances in any way?

How easy is it to transfer to the H1B from TN once the h1b is approved?

I'd appreciate thoughts from those who are familiar with this sort of process. Thank you!!
