H1B extension visa stamp?

I am on H1B.
My current H1B petition expires on June 27th 2011.
My Current Visa Expired on Aug 21st 2009.
My I94 expires on June 27th 2011

I am planning to apply for H1B Premium processing Extension.
so , if I file on DEc 27th 2010, assuming I get H1B by Jan 27th 2010.

If I got for Visa Interview in India which H1B petition should I use Visa ?

will the VO give me Visa upto June27th 2011 (or) as per new H1B petition?

Can I not apply for LCA before Dec 27th?

My Lawyer is telling they cannot apply for LCA before DEc 27th,,is that the case..
