H1B Cross Chargeability Query

I am on H1B and my i140 is in progress (not approved yet), I would like to know a few details on Green Card processing.
I am an Indian born and My wife is born in Kenya, If my employer sponsor and file for an i485 How long will it take to get the i485 to be processed and approved if I make my wife a primary applicant
1. What is the processing time for an Employer-based USA GreenCard for someone who is born in Kenya? does Kenya comes under the current and get the green card approved within 6 Months if i140 is approved (as it is for Gulf Countries like Saudi and Qatar)?
2. However If she has an Indian passport but the Country of birth mentioned in the passport is Kenya, Do they need a Kenya birth certificate to justify proof of birth?
