221 to Admin processing : Consulate has asked me to submit my passport

I had an interview on 27th march 23 and my VISA was approved after 5 days it got refused and got email that your case is under administrative processing and got my passport back. I got an email from consulate on 14th July that to proceed with your application submit your passport. I Submitted the passport and status changes from refused to administrative process. But then after there is no update what it means, will i get my stamping or what it means ?
