Lost 221G. Please Help

Hey I went for H4 stamping in Chennai and I got 221g. I was so upset about the whole thing that I didnt even see what it has and by the time I am home I realized that I lost it!!!!
How do I proceed now? I dont know anything in the slip other than the fact that its green.
Please help!!!!
