Hello,
My Spouse applied for H4 and H4-EAD concurrently at Texas Service Center in April and both got approved in May. Its been 2 months now and the case status still shows 'Case is Approved'. There is no update on the EAD card status. We have raised a Service Request ticket to USCIS and it is pending for almost 1.5 months now. When we contacted USCIS through phone, they said that the card was not sent to Production yet and that we have to wait. My wife is going to lose her job in a few days if EAD card is not produced to the Employer.
Is there any way we can expedite this?
