I recently created a profile. But I later realized that I had to do some corrections on my passport details on the profile. When reached to customer support via their message platform and multiple emails with my Passport copies, they are taking forever to come up with a solution with no response.
This small mistake of a start and end date of my passport, plus the place of Passport issue has been misspelt - is leading to a lot of stress and giving me second thoughts if I can go to India.
My DS-160 form is correct, but this USTravelDocs profile needs correction.
What is the work around for this? Can anyone with a similar experience or any knowledge on this can help, that would be truly appreciated!
