H4 - 221g: Question

Hi,

I'm in US on H1, came here in January, 2005. My wifes visa was refused last week at Chennai consulate. They have given the 221g asking a for my pay slips and a letter explaining why she didnt travel with me. My wife had some travel limitations due to pregnency(doctors advise). So she couldnt go for stamping till now. Is there any reason for the consulate to reject her visa again if she explains the same. Does/Did anybody else have a similar case.

I dun think for rejection this time.... .U can send her for the interview..since u have the detailed explanation
