H1b before graduation (got offer letter early)

I am graduating next May or June, and I got offer letter from company. Before I sign the offer letter, Is it rude to ask HR if company can put me in the h1b registration in next March? (Work start date is July, and I am going to graduate in May or June

I will be on STEM OPT, and think if they can initiate the H1b process next March then I can have 4 chances..(instead of 3)
