My h1 (transfer to new employer) got approved (as per uscis site, waiting for physical copy) on 18th Aug through premium processing. I was hoping to join new org asap but got mail from HR that
my visa was adjudicated back on 18th Aug and this process can take from 4 to 10 weeks upon adjudication. So I have to wait for petition to be finalized to join as per immigration team’s guidelines https://xender.vip/. What exactly it means? Isn’t approved status on the site enough? Why do I need to wait for 10 more weeks? Thanks in advance.
