I had a DUI in 2021 and I plead guilty and completed all the things that the court asked me to(fine, classes, interlock device, etc). Now I need to go to Indian to get my H1b visa stamped. What can I expect (I know about the 221g). Is there anyone who has faced the same issue and can share their experience? Will be of a great help as I need to tell my employer as to how many days of holiday I need for stamping. Please help me.
