Noob H1B questions

I transitioned from F1 to H1B and currently on the F1 visa. I’m visiting my home country (India) next month and have a Dropbox appointment to get H1B visa. The 2 questions I have

1. Is it cool to have a Dropbox appointment for new H1B visas? (I’ve heard most people say yes, but couple people say no but the rules have changed lately) https://9apps.ooo/
2. Where can I find the list of documents I will need to submit for my H1B visa stamping?

1. For a first time stamping, you will be interviewed at the consulate in India.
Dropbox is an option only if you already have had an H1B visa stamped in your passport (in your case, this does not apply).
2. List of documents needed will appear once you complete your DS-160 application form.
