Trying to hire a physician

Hello,

I am the administrator at a Medical Center. I have a physician that is going to come and work at our hospital. He already has a sponsor from a Hospital. I am wanting to offer him a second job in addition to the one he already has. I was emailing you hoping to get some insight on what I need to do to employee him here. Do I need to do a HB1 petition? How much are the fees for this and can I file this myself or does it require a lawyer? Our facility has 120 employees here. Also I would like to know if he can work after I send in the application or do I have to wait to hear from you that he is approved? Please any assistance you can give me is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yes, he is on H1 through his current hospital, he would another H1 in order for him to work for you.
