Complicated situation

So I have current H1B approved till June 2024. Initially I had plans to visit India this November for stamping. I had booked a Dropbox appointment for November 3rd (2023) I Renee my passport this month (September 2023). And now I am planning to go for stamping after next h1 extension (June 2024). How does this work now ?

do I need to book new appointment since both my passport and visa dates have changed ?

can I reschedule the same appointment with new information for next month , if yes how to do it ? Since I wont have the new receipt number till next year .
