H1 Transfer

Hi Friends,
I need ur help on Tranfering my H1 Visa. I have the following question ..if someon culd help me it wuld be great.

Can my New employer send the H1 approval paper to India from where i can travel back to US with my exisitng employer's H1B visa and New employer's H1 approval Paper(not petition) only receipt number , after quitting from the old employer in India?

If you already quit old employer, you can't travel back to US just with H1 filing receipt. H1 must be approved.
