Non CAP H1b to CAP H1b

Dear Senior Members,

I am working in Research on Non CAP H1b ( Cap exempted) for employer A. Would it be possible to transfer Non CAP H1B into CAP H1b, as I am getting offer from Employer B which comes under regular CAP? Or do I have to apply for freah H1B to work for Employer B?

Every H1b is a fresh H1b. As you need a cap H1b with the new employer, they will have to apply for a fresh H1b.
