help with I-129 petition form

hello,

my future employer is ready to fill out and send in the form I-129 petition for h2-b visa.

we need to know if it is necisarry to get an imigration lawer? if so who? any recomendations? we are in LA.

also are there any tutorials online to help fill in forms??? any info to the above would be greatly appreciated. i need to send it off as soon as possilble for the least cost possilble.

It is very much advisable to use the help of an experienced immigration attorney while filing I-129 for H1B.
