when early i can travel to USA after my H1B visa approved under premium processing

Hi

I live in singapore.
I would request information on ,
when early i can travel to USA after my H1B visa got approved under the premium processing scheme on 1st of april 2005.

Can i travel once i get stamped in singapore.
say in the month of May 2005.

or do i need to wait till october 1st 2005.

i know that i can only start working on 1s of oct 2005.

Can any one comment on this .

If yours is new H1 that is subject to cap and yet to be approved, after it is approved, you can travel to US on H1 only on or after Oct 1, 2005.
