H1B Visa expired, I94 Expired, Current Employer H1B Transfer RFE
My current H1B visa and I94 is going to expire on 30 Sept 2023 and my current employer H1B Transfer got RFE. Any chance we can initiate H1b transfer with new employee in this case?
