Hi I’m currently in a very very toxic workplace I’ve been working from 7am to 4am and on weekends. I really want to take a break I’m completely burnt out. My husband on an H1B has his 140 filled which means I can go on H4 and eventually work on H4-EAD. I want to quit my current job. Can H4 be filled simultaneously and once approved does H1B get terminated or go on pause?
