Hi,
I am currently on F1 OPT and my current employer has applied for H1B on my behalf. However, USCIS has sent me an RFE and I am currently in the process of responding to my RFE.
However, I have also received another job offer that I would like to take. What are my options now?
Option 1: Abandon my H1B application and join the new company on F1 and try for the lottery next year?
Option 2: Stay with my present company until the H1B is approved and then try for a transfer. I don't know how long this will take and how long the new company will wait.
Option 3: Is there a way to 'transfer' my H1B application to the new company and continue the application through them?
Option 4: I actually have a valid H1B visa from 2015 that I only used for 1 year. Can I abandon my current H1B application and then join the new company and try to revive my previous H1B?
