My wife came to United States as H4 in Dec 2002 with I-94
upto Mar 2005. She got H1B approval notice I-797A in
Feb 2003 with I-94 upto Feb 2006. But She didn't join
the petitioner company due to maternity and health
problems.I changed to new company in July 2003.
Since my wife has H1B, I didn't apply for her H4
extension. Fortunately her employer didn't cancel her
H1B upto now. Now she wants to start working. Will there be any
issues? can she start working immediately.
