Will Previous 221g Impact New Petition?
Hi,
I have applied for H-1B for the year 2022. During consulate interview I received 221g in May 2022. My employer failed to respond to that query. That 1 year period to respond has passed in May 2023. Case status has not been updated. It is still showing Refused.
Now, again I was picked for H-1B in 2nd lottery this July through new employer. If I go for petition, will my previous case impact current petition? How long USCIS retains applicant's records?
Also, last year I applied as IT and Operations Manager, now my role is Senior Data Analyst? Will it impact? Do I need to show same experience as in previous application?
