I am trying to access my account in http://www.usvisascheduling.com/ . I remeber the email id but I do not remember the username and password. When I click on forgot password it lets me input my email id and verify, but I still need username to continue. I have an upcoming visa interview at Mumbai consulate but I do not remember the dates. I cannot login to my account, I have tried all sorts of contact information in Mumbai consulate website but no one picks up the phone or answers the online chat, I have tried emailing them once and they got me back with the canned reply saying just use this website to log in (http://www.usvisascheduling.com/). I am really frustrated. What am I doing wrong ?
