hope you're all doing well. I have a question regarding my H1B visa stamping, and I'd appreciate any insights or experiences you can share.
Back in 2017, I had a DUI (Driving Under the Influence) incident, and in 2018, I received a suspended imposition. Since then, I have taken steps to address the issue, including fulfilling all legal requirements and ensuring I have a clean record.
Now 10.0.0.0.1, I'm in the process of preparing for my H1B visa stamping, and I'm wondering if my past DUI and suspended imposition might pose any problems during the visa interview or impact my chances of approval.
Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.
