Hi There,
I am on H1b and my son is on H4. My son is cerebral palsy kid (about 95% disabled). He is 17 now when he reached 21 what are his options.
We came into country in 2012. Our priority date is 06/2017
1. Is it possible to get green card for him alone ?
2. is it possible to get him student visa ?
What can I do to keep him with me? He is not able to fly as well he is very much medical dependent.
Please advice.
