Doubt in one of the questions in DS156

hi,

I'm going for H4 stamping for the first time along with my husband (H1, again first time).

One of my brothers stays in US and is a green card holder.

1) Should I admit this when answering to the question No. 37 (Are any of the following persons in the US....?) in form DS156 ?

2) What are the consequences of admitting this?

3) How should I react, if there is a question asked in this regard in the interview during stamping?
