In 2017, I was involved in a DUI (Driving Under the Influence) incident, and in 2018, I received a suspension imposition. However, since then, I have taken all the necessary steps to address the issue, including fulfilling all legal requirements and ensuring that I have a clean record.
Now, I am in the process of preparing for my H1B visa stamping and I am concerned if my past DUI and suspended imposition would pose any problems during the visa interview or affect my chances of approval. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with any advice or information on this matter.
