I am currently working with company A on H1B and planning to go for H1 visa transfer with company B.
My question is If I plan to continue with company A either when H1 transfer processing with company B is going on or is complete, is there any issue in doing so? Do I have any liability with company B to join them in this case?
I apologize if this is a duplicate question. I have browsed thru forums but I couldn't get the exact answer to my query. If this has alrteady been answered, I would appreciate if you point me to that thread or help me with keywords to find the same.
