H1B premium process

I filed for my H1B extension on Sep-27-10 under regular process and updated it to premium on Dec-6-2010.

Eventhough it has been 14 days past, till now the online status is "Acceptance".

When can I expect any update/decision on my application?

15 days from the date or receipt notice. If not, your premium processing fees will be refund.
