My H1B transfer to a new employer has been approved . My current employer wants me to end my employment on Wednesday, whereas the new employers start date is on Monday .
Would this mean that my unemployment clock would apply between Thursday and Sunday? I also read that the 60day grace period renews with every H1B transfer . Is this true ?
