Reinterview Request for H1B

Dear All
I was told I am approved for H1B and to drop passport - I did and didnt hear back - then I emailed asking abt update as they had my passport for over 10 days - subsequently I recieved an email saying to come for a re-interview - has anyone had this experience or aware of reinterview ? what does that mean and has anyone had the same situation - any advise wil be helpful - Many Thanks
My employer is in USA and I reside in Dubai

People have gone through a re-interview after a 221g and have also got their stamping done successfully. This is not new. So stop panicing and attend the visa interview as requested.
