Passport not arrived after 60 days of interview

Hi everyone,

We (me and my wife) had our drop off appointment on Sep 22nd 2023, and recieved my visa (h1) after 2 weeks. But we haven't received my wife's visa even after 60 days. When I check the status on ceac it is showing as approved from Oct 12 2023. Our travel date is coming soon, can anyone please suggest what we can do find out how long it will take for the passport to arrive.
