Claim receipt on top of payment page

While paying for H1B visa, the top of the page says 'One or more applicants are eligible to claim receipts paid prior to Friday, July 28, 2023'. What does it mean?

I am also in the same boat as you - Did you find the solution ? I imagine it is one of the receipts from earlier years but I am not sure.
