Hi Team
My current H1B petition is expiring on July 2024, my employer applied for H1B amendment and extension in April 2023, then i received RFE (maintenance of status) in August, my employer is preparing for the reply, My question is incase if the extension is rejected/denied, do i still need to work until July 2024? or the full status will canceled? how long i can stay here? or can i transfer to another employer?
Please suggest.
