Hello, I came to US on L1 in 2022 and got my H1B approved this year on October 1st. However my employer forgot to apply for H4 for my dependents (wife and kid). They have overstayed now (today is December 14) and planning to send them to India asap to get the visa stamping. However my employer is asking to drive to Mexico and cross the border and comeback to get the visa stamping for them. Please suggest which is better option .
