H1-B stamping with DUI

Hi, I got arrested for DUI Feb 2023 spent 8hrs in jail. BAL 0.11. This is my first DUI with no other criminal record. My case is currently going on. My license is still under suspension. I am undergoing the DMV training, attending AA meetings. No convictions, verdicts or plea deals yet as the case is still in progress. I have to travel to Europe for work and then have to go to India for stamping. Can not cancel the trip as it’s work related and really important. I have booked the in-person appointment and I’m expecting to receive a 221g 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 and go through medical check up and everything. I am worried because I’m travelling while my case is still open. Has anyone experienced similar situation? People have been saying not to travel before the case gets closed but my lawyer is saying it should not be an issue as long as I go through all the procedures. Please share your experience, suggestions and advice. Thank you for your help.
