I got my h1 approved in oct 2009 and was working for past 6 months..i went for h1 stamping in chennai in dec 1 week but got 221g..asking additional docs..my employer is not sending the required docs.//so planning to go on h4..will it be a problem..do we need additional docs apart from my spouse I797 ..has anyone faced this situation please help me..thanks
