Hello Friends,
I am in USA working on a H1B visa. I am travelling to India and my visa has expired so to come back I need to renew it. I have fixed a visa appointment in the first week of January and already submitted the documents to the embassy.
After having submitted the documents I have received 3 documents and one of them has instructions as to which documents to bring for the in person interview and had some questions:
1. Will I need to pay $2000 fee for fraud prevention under law 111-230
2. I have my I-797 do I also need the I-129 that my current company had filed? What other documents are needed from my current employer
3. Do I need to take my letters of employment from all my previous companies that I have worked with?
