Hi all,
What will happen against an individual whose H1 is stamped in July 2023 but not yet travelled to US, this is for my spouse & i am in US in H1B ( with an appproved i140), is there a time limit that the H1 stamping should be honored?
if she is still not able to consume her H1B, can she come in as H4 to US and then continue her approved H1 lottery(for the year 2023) in near future?
