    US citizen children allowed to accompany parents for stamping ?

    We will be going for OFC + interview for H1b in Hyderabad. Our son is 7 years old. Will VFS and US consulate allow him to accompany us during appointment, even he is not in application ?
    I checked online forums and I am getting mixed responses.
    We will carry his US passport, if that helps.
