concurrent H1B Problem

I am working on 2 h1bs - 1) fulltime (H1B- Primary) and 2) parttime (H1B- secondary) ;

- Worked for company A - Fulltime
- Changed job to company B - Fulltime
- Company A filed amendment for parttime but failed to mention as concurrent H1B

I checked the petition after couple of months of working for both employers, not sure on what should i do...as the partime amendment should have been a concurrent one.

Please suggest.
